Our smart Security Officers are fully uniformed so as to stand out amongst the crowd as a figure of authority acting as a deterrent to thieves and anti-social behaviour and a figure of reassurance to the welfare of staff and the public alike.

Our Security Officers are trained to integrate with the internal staff and work alongside store management. They are fully trained in all types of radio interlink systems, security tagging devices and undercover surveillance. Customer service training is given to all Retail Security Officers as they are often the first point of call when entering a store and represent the face of your company.

Store Detectives.

SIA approved, CRB checked, trained and fully insured. Working undercover with uniformed security guards and store personnel, our trained store detectives will prevent, detect and investigate theft and/or malpractice against our Client’s interests.

On understanding the layout of a store they will identify high value, high risk and hot spot areas and target their approach accordingly.

Training in de-escalation, counter conditioning, control and restraint and legal parameters is provided. Any action will comply with agreed operating procedures and all legal requirements.

A joined up, pro active and preventative stance is taken. Based on expertise, observations and incidents, ongoing security intelligence will be documented, provided and acted upon.

As well as in store services we also provide the following cover for our retail customers:

Temporary Christmas cover – enhanced cover for regular stores and new cover for small budget stores.
